El e născut pe 20 mai 1944. Ea, exact la 2 ani distanţă, în 1946. El a lansat 22 de albume, şi mă refer aici doar la cariera solo şi la albumele de studio. Ea a lansat cu două albume mai mult, însă şi-a început cariera solo mai repede cu trei ani. El este englez şi este John Robert „Joe” Cocker, iar ea este născută de cealaltă parte a Atlanticului şi este cunoscută în întreaga lume ca Cher.
